Claiming a spot gets you one Challenge No. 10 envelope containing a randomly assigned prompt and one of three 10-inch formats: square, equilateral triangle, or circle.

You won’t know what prompt or format you’ve been assigned until you open your envelope.

Four circle assignments are also Wild Cards. If you draw one, your 10-inch circle becomes the base for a three-dimensional work displayed on a pedestal. Wild Cards include a $10 material allowance and require you to incorporate something purchased from a shop in town.

There is no correct response to any prompt. Painting, drawing, collage, assemblage, relief, mixed media, sculpture, and experimental approaches are all welcome.
