Get Rooted: A Grounding Yoga & Sound Journey Guided by Amber Twigg
Saturday, November 22 • 5:00–6:30 PM
$35 per person
(arrive 10 minutes early)
Bask in the quiet glow of Bull Thistle for an intimate, exclusive yoga and sound journey beneath Umbraphora — the luminous moth-inspired installation by The Dreamwood, part of our November exhibition celebrating transformation, shadow, and light.
Step out of the chill and into the warm, soft atmosphere of Bull Thistle Art Studio & Gallery for an evening designed to ground your body, quiet your mind, and awaken your spirit.
Settle in for a 90-minute experience blending empowering movement, mindful meditation, and restorative sound — all surrounded by the gentle radiance of Umbraphora. Named for the interplay of umbra (shadow) and phora (bearing light), the installation honors illumination within darkness and the beauty of emerging renewed.
As the Sun moves into Sagittarius, we’re invited to embrace our inner fire: to move, expand, and shine before softening into stillness. Like the lunar moth, we move through transformation—shedding what no longer serves, finding light within shadow, and reconnecting with ourselves and one another.
The Evening Includes:
- 60 minutes of heart-opening yoga + guided meditation
- 30 minutes of immersive sound using crystal bowls and chimes
- Time afterward to linger, reflect, and enjoy the gallery’s quiet afterglow
Space is limited to 10 guests.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, water, cozy layers or socks for the sound portion, and a curious, open heart.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
